If you grew up in the Chicago Public School system, you’ve heard of the Homey the Clown kidnapper/murderer. The only thing different from the article was the fact he drove a Van that said “Ha Ha Ha Homey Don’t Play That”, which would take away the common sense variant of criminals keeping incognito.
