It's time
With motivation from my homeslice, I was finally dragged to the gym downstairs (after being a member since August).
Let me sum up the last decade:
- minimal working out
- picking up smoking
- gaining literally over 150 lbs
Here I was at 19, non smoker/drinker, heavily involved in kickboxing/jiu jitsu/weight lifting. I by no means in glamor muscle form, but I was very in shape. I wore a XXL...
